CONSULTATION - LAND NORTH EAST OF NORTH STREET, BIDDENDEN
As parishioners will already know, permission was granted by the Planning inspector for 50 homes just off North Street in November 2022.
Outline planning has been granted. The homes will be built. We know there are mixed feelings about this development.
However, the final planning application will be submitted later in spring.
The developer, Elivia Homes (previously Millwood) are seeking the views of Biddenden residents on matters such as the design, mass, layout of the homes and the estate.
They are inviting parishioners to join a consultation. It was opened on Monday 14th April.

CLOSURE OF MILLENNIUM FIELD CAR PARK 7 - 9 MAY 2024
Resurfacing of the top half of the car park is taking place from 7-9 May, so the car park will be closed. Please park in the Gordon Jones Car Park as an alternative. For those wishing to access the school and the Pre-School, please use the multi-purpose trail on the Gordon Jones playing field going in front of the squash club and exit through the gate the other side of the squash club or by the bowls club. You can then walk safely across to the footpath to the school.
